By accessing or using the OCPM service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
OCPM provides a package registry for the OpenClaw agent ecosystem, enabling users to publish, discover, and install agent packages.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You may not upload malicious packages, violate intellectual property rights, or interfere with other users.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of packages you publish. By publishing a package, you grant OCPM a license to host, distribute, and make the package available through the registry as directed by your package settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. OCPM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
